Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Administration Officer to manage office operations, coordinate administrative staff, oversee records and reporting, and optimize processes. Responsibilities include office management, vendor relations, scheduling, document control, budget monitoring, and supporting HR tasks. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of administrative experience, strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, attention to detail, and the ability to lead teams and improve workflows. A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred.
