Job Description
Sbm Holistic Farmacy seeks a smart, hardworking Customer Care Representative to deliver excellent support across phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media. You will resolve product questions, track and document inquiries, coordinate with fulfillment, logistics, and sales, suggest products, and escalate complex issues. Requirements: OND/HND/Bachelor, 1–3 years customer service (retail/e‑commerce/FMCG a plus), strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, CRM and Microsoft/Google Suite proficiency, high emotional intelligence, and ability to multitask.
