Job Description
Join Schoolable as a Product Support Intern and play a vital role in ensuring seamless business operations. You will assist management and support our customers effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a contact point for clients, addressing inquiries and solving issues.
- Help onboard new clients and maintain communication.
- Coordinate projects by managing timelines and facilitating team communication.
- Recommend and assist in implementing new systems to optimize operations.
- Work with customer support to incorporate feedback into improvements.
Requirements:
