Job Description
Scimitar Global Services Limited seeks a full-time, onsite Call Center Agent to contact customers about overdue loans, confirm balances, advise approved payment channels, propose payment options, negotiate repayment plans, and record all interactions and commitments in the CRM. Responsibilities include issuing final notices when needed, ensuring accurate customer data, applying the Customer Service Professional (CSP) behavior for collections and upsell opportunities, and performing reasonable tasks assigned by management. Requirements: NCE/OND or equivalent, minimum 1 year experience, Hausa proficiency is a plus, proximity to Ikeja preferred, immediate availability. Job Type: Full-time, onsite. Compensation: ₦70,00–₦100,00/month plus commission.
