Job Description
Scimitar Global Services Limited in Lekki (Chevron) seeks a proactive Customer Engagement and Sales Specialist. Full-time on-site, ₦200,00/month. Handle customer interactions via phone, email, chat, and social media; manage inquiries; build relationships; identify and convert leads; upsell and cross-sell; use CRM to track interactions; support onboarding, retention, and issue resolution. Require OND/HND/B.Sc., 1–3 years in customer service/telesales/field sales, strong communication, negotiation, and CRM familiarity; must reside in Lekki Island areas (Lekki, Ajah, Victoria Island, Ikoyi, Oniru).
