Job Description

Seal Group is seeking a Human Resource Manager to oversee the planning, leading, and coordination of HR activities in Lagos. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging between NGN 250,00 – 400,00, negotiable based on experience.

As an HR Manager, you will manage recruitment, enforce HR policies, and handle employee records. Additionally, you will lead performance management, ensure compliance with labor laws, and foster a positive working environment. A Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of HR experience are required.
