Job Description
Join Seedworks Limited as a Regional Sales Manager in Lagos, responsible for driving revenue growth in the South West region. Lead and mentor a dynamic sales team while cultivating strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. Your strategic insight will guide the development and execution of sales plans, ensuring performance targets are met or exceeded.
Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales management within the automotive or aviation sector. Strong leadership, communication, and business development skills are essential, as is the ability to travel frequently.
