Job Description
Join our team as an Equipment Receiving & Dispatch Officer responsible for inspecting, documenting, and handling incoming and outgoing equipment. You will verify shipments, update inventory records, coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams, schedule dispatches, and ensure proper packaging and labeling. Ideal candidates have 1-2 years of experience in receiving/dispatch or logistics, strong attention to detail, basic inventory software skills, and clear communication. Forklift certification and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are a plus. This role requires reliability, accuracy, and teamwork to maintain efficient equipment flow.
