Job Description
SENCE Limited is seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketplace Team Leader to enhance growth and efficiency in our agribusiness marketplace in Lagos. This full-time role offers a salary range from NGN 250,00 to 400,00. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, foster strong relationships with farmers and buyers, and lead strategic initiatives to elevate our platform’s impact.
Key Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, cultivating relationships within the agriculture value chain, and inspiring a dedicated team. Candidates should possess a BSc. in a relevant field with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
