Job Description
As a Customer Account Officer, you will manage client accounts, handle inquiries, resolve billing issues, and maintain accurate records. You will build strong customer relationships, coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service, and support account onboarding and renewals. Candidates should have excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, plus 1–2 years in customer service or account management. Proficiency with CRM systems and basic Excel is required. A customer-focused attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential.
