Job Description
Location: Lagos, Ogun, Oyo, FCT, Port Harcourt. Full-time, field-based contract. As a Sales Associate you will drive vendor and customer acquisition, represent Send24 locally, onboard SMEs, explain subscription and delivery solutions, and support vendors through their first successful delivery. Track and report daily/weekly onboarding metrics and join marketing/community campaigns. Compensation includes competitive base, commissions, allowance, and performance bonuses; top performers may advance to Field Captain or Growth Coordinator. Requirements: proven field sales, marketing, or community engagement experience (logistics/e‑commerce a plus), strong communication, smartphone and social media literacy, energetic and self-driven, and resident in a focus state. Work location: remote/field.
