Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Officer to join our team at Service Arts and Hospitality Academy (SAHA Africa). As the first point of contact in our nail and beauty studio, you will welcome clients, manage appointments, and ensure a smooth front-desk operation to enhance client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and manage appointment bookings
- Answer phone calls and provide service information
