Job Description
Shalina Healthcare seeks an Engineer for a full-time, entry-level role supporting pharmaceutical production. Responsibilities include operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting tablet compression, capsule filling, mixers, granulators, coaters, packaging lines, and conveyors; diagnosing and repairing gear systems, bearings, shafts, chains, belts, pneumatics, and hydraulics; and developing preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, minimum 2 years’ experience in pharmaceutical/FMCG or regulated manufacturing, strong knowledge of utilities and HVAC, familiarity with GMP, validation and maintenance management systems, and ability to read engineering drawings and P&IDs.
