Job Description
The Learning Advisor will design and implement learner-centered programs, assess training needs, and coach instructors and learners to improve outcomes. You will collaborate with stakeholders to develop curriculum, create instructional materials, and apply adult learning principles and evaluation metrics. Responsibilities include conducting needs analyses, recommending learning solutions, monitoring program effectiveness, and supporting continuous improvement. Ideal candidates hold a degree in Education or a related field, have strong communication and instructional design skills, experience with LMS and data-driven evaluation, and 3+ years of experience in training or learning development.
