Job Description

Sigma Consulting Group is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to oversee our hospital’s quality improvement initiatives in Abuja. This full-time position requires a minimum of 5 years experience in hospital quality or clinical governance. The successful candidate will develop and implement quality improvement programs, monitor performance metrics, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards. A Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences, Nursing, or Public Health is required, and a postgraduate degree in Quality Management is preferred. Strong analytical and leadership skills are essential for this role.

Salary: 500,00 – 700,00/month

Benefits: HMO, paid leave, performance bonus
