Job Description
SignTech Forms seeks a Principal to lead the setup and full launch of a new Nigerian institution under the SignTech Education initiative. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, and managing staff; developing curricula aligned with Nigerian standards; ensuring regulatory compliance; fostering a safe, inclusive, excellence-driven culture; and driving adoption of digital platforms for academic and administrative operations. Applicants should hold a bachelor’s in Education or related field (master’s preferred), have a minimum of 3 years’ school leadership experience including school setup and curriculum development, strong leadership and digital skills, and must commute easily to Egbeda (No. 2 Mayowa Okunola). Full-time; ₦250,00–₦300,00/month.
