Job Description
We are seeking a Marine Operations Officer to coordinate vessel operations, ensure safety compliance, manage schedules, and liaise with port authorities and crew. Responsibilities include planning voyages, overseeing maintenance, conducting risk assessments, and enforcing environmental and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate has a degree in maritime studies or a related field, 3+ years of offshore or shipboard experience, strong leadership, navigation knowledge, and excellent communication skills. Valid certifications (STCW, GMDSS) and familiarity with maritime logistics and emergency response are preferred.
