Job Description
Lead program design, implementation, and evaluation for our nonprofit, managing budgets, staff, and partner relationships. Develop measurable goals, track outcomes, and ensure compliance with funder requirements. Recruit, coach, and supervise program staff and volunteers; coordinate community outreach and stakeholder engagement. Ideal candidate has 3+ years nonprofit program management experience, strong grant and budget skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to our mission. Ability to analyze data, write reports, and adapt to changing needs required.
