Job Description
We are seeking a Commercial and Finance Manager (Collections) to lead credit and collections activities, optimize cash flow, and reduce DSO. You will develop commercial credit policies, negotiate repayment plans, manage a collections team, perform credit risk assessments, reconcile accounts receivable, and prepare reports for senior management. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business, 5+ years’ experience in commercial collections or credit control, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency with ERP and collections software.
