Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced *Griller* to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and grilling high-quality meals in line with our hotel standards, ensuring consistency, taste, and excellent presentation while maintaining strict hygiene and safety practices. *Key Responsibilities * Prepare and grill meats, poultry, seafood, and other menu items according to standard recipes. * Ensure proper seasoning, portion control, and presentation of grilled dishes. * Monitor grilling temperatures to ensure food is cooked safely and to required standards. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station at all times. * Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations. * Inspect food supplies and report shortages or quality issues promptly. * Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service delivery. * Assist with stock control and minimize food waste. *Requirements & Qualifications * Proven experience as a Griller or similar role in a hotel or restaurant. * Good knowledge of grilling techniques and food safety standards. * Ability to work under pressure and during peak service periods. * Strong attention to detail and consistency in food quality. * Team-oriented with good communication skills. *Working Conditions * Ability to stand for extended periods. * Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
