Job Description
SmartCity PLC seeks energetic, target-driven Sales Officers to join our Lagos team. Full-time role selling estates and investment opportunities across Lagos, Ibadan, and Osogbo. Responsibilities include prospecting, converting leads, conducting site inspections, maintaining client records, and achieving weekly/monthly targets. Candidates should hold OND/HND/B.Sc, have 7–13 years’ real estate sales experience, strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, and deep knowledge of the regional market. Must be resilient, goal-oriented, able to work independently and in teams, and comfortable under pressure. Daily reporting to the Sales Supervisor and active participation in promotional campaigns required.
