Job Description
Smartflow Technologies Limited, Nigeria’s leading Flow and Level Automation company, is seeking a Graduate Trainee in Human Resource to join our team in Ikeja, Lagos. As a key player in the supply and support of fuelling systems, we pride ourselves on delivering professional and cost-effective solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment activities, including posting job openings and coordinating interviews.
- Ensure smooth onboarding for new employees.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department.
- Handle employee inquiries and maintain accurate employee records.
Requirements:
- B.Sc or HND in Human Resource or related field.
- 0-3 years of experience.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
