Job Description

Position Summary

The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for developing strong relationships with clients, securing new contracts, and driving business growth. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and marketing skills to expand the company’s client base and maintain long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Acquisition & Contract Sourcing

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities for the company.
  • Meet with schools, churches, government agencies, corporate bodies, and private clients to propose company services.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and potential clients until deals are closed.
  • Represent the company at meetings, seminars, and business events.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build, manage, and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ensure client satisfaction from first contact to service delivery.
  • Handle client complaints professionally and provide quick resolutions.
  • Maintain regular communication with existing clients to encourage repeat business.

3. Marketing & Promotion

  • Promote all company services including travel packages, visa processing, educational tours, business trips, and pilgrimage packages.
  • Share company flyers, updates, and promotions daily on status and social platforms (as per company policy).
  • Support marketing campaigns and generate creative ideas to increase visibility.

4. Reporting & Coordination

  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on client activities, leads, and deals closed.
  • Work closely with management and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Track and document all client engagements, contracts, and revenue generated.
  • Attend trainings, meetings, and orientation sessions organized by the company.

  • Sales or business development experience is an advantage.

Performance Targets

  • Number of contracts secured monthly.
  • Revenue generated from new and existing clients.
  • Number of new clients onboarded.
  • Quality of customer satisfaction and relationship management.
  • Compliance with daily reporting and marketing duties.

Salary & Commission Structure (Suggested)

  • Basic Salary: 6500
  • Commission: 5% – 15% per deal closed
  • Bonus: Performance-based monthly or quarterly incentives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦60,00.00 – ₦70,00.00 per month
