Job Description
Snappy Credit Limited, a leading Fintech company that offers quick online loans to customers, is seeking to fill the position of Loan Collection Officer. This full-time role is based in Ikeja, Lagos.
Responsibilities:
- Contact customers regularly about overdue loans.
- Follow up on payment and redemption dates.
- Advise on payment options and negotiate suitable plans.
Requirements:
- SSCE / OND / HND / B.Sc with 0-1 year of experience.
- Attention to detail and strong listening skills.
- Must possess a smartphone.
