Job Description
As a Restaurant Purchasing Officer, you will manage procurement of food, beverage, and operating supplies, negotiate with vendors, and ensure timely, cost-effective deliveries while maintaining quality standards.
Key duties include monitoring inventory, placing and tracking orders, coordinating with kitchen and management, maintaining supplier records, and controlling costs through effective sourcing and negotiation.
Qualifications: 2+ years in food and beverage purchasing, strong negotiation and communication skills, proficiency in Excel, attention to detail, and knowledge of food safety and inventory systems.
