Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales
  • Generate leads through market research, networking, and cold calling
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company’s products and services.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Identify customer needs and provide recommendations based on the company’s products and services
  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, competitors, and new products and services.
  • Liaise with banking partners to track and support customer financing

Requirements:

  • 2 years of relevant sales experience
  • Proficiency in selling to small and medium businesses, and home owners
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • University degree
  • High awareness of energy usage and costs across different locations and sources (Nice to have)
  • Experience building a sales playbook from scratch. (Nice to have)
