Job Description
We seek a friendly, organized Customer Service Officer to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure excellent experiences for SOLARITY PLUS customers. Responsibilities include answering phone, email, and chat; providing accurate product information; processing service requests; maintaining customer records; coordinating with internal teams; and generating revenue from existing accounts. Requirements: HND, 2 years customer service experience, strong communication, problem-solving, Microsoft Office, basic computer skills, team player, attention to detail; Yoruba preferred.
