Job descriptions & requirements

The Lead Sales (B2B/B2C) is responsible for expanding Soundhous’s footprint among corporate, trade, and institutional clients, including developers, architects, interior designers, hotels, and business owners. The role involves strategic field outreach, partnership development, and project sales leadership — ensuring Soundhous solutions are integrated into high-value spaces across Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Field Prospecting

  • Actively scout new business opportunities through field visits, industry networking, and corporate outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, developers, real estate companies, and hospitality groups.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations at client offices, project sites, or industry events.
  • Create and manage a robust pipeline of potential projects and partnerships.

2. Project Sales & Account Management

  • Lead the preparation of proposals, tenders, and presentations for B2B clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure profitable terms for Soundhous.
  • Coordinate with Spectra AV to ensure seamless execution of contracted projects.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients for future business opportunities.

3. Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Supervise B2B Sales Executives and support them in field visits, prospecting, and deal closing.
  • Conduct weekly pipeline reviews and set activity-based performance goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop trade and partnership campaigns.

4. Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and emerging opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports on field activities, leads, conversion ratios, and revenue forecasts.
  • Recommend strategic initiatives to strengthen Soundhous’s presence in key business sectors.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or Engineering preferred.
  • 6–8 years experience in B2B/B2C sales, business development, or project sales in luxury, technology, or real estate sectors.
  • Proven ability to generate new business and manage high-value accounts.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of project cycles and solution-based selling.
