Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Group and Events Sales Manager to lead business development for group bookings and events. You will generate leads, build client relationships, negotiate contracts, prepare proposals, and collaborate with operations to ensure flawless execution. Target-driven with strong presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills. Minimum 3 years’ experience in hospitality or event sales, proficiency with CRM systems, and ability to manage multiple accounts. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Responsibilities include forecasting, reporting, and creating tailored packages to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills required.
