Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Controller to lead accounting operations, oversee monthly close, financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and internal controls. You will prepare accurate financial statements, drive process improvements, ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS, and support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred), 5+ years in finance with supervisory experience, strong analytical skills, proficiency in ERP systems and Excel, and excellent communication.
