Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead kitchen operations, menu development, and staff training. Responsibilities include designing seasonal menus, maintaining food quality and safety standards, managing vendor relationships, controlling costs, and ensuring excellent guest experiences. Candidate must have strong leadership, creativity, and at least 5 years of culinary management experience. Knowledge of inventory systems, budgeting, and HACCP is preferred. Ability to work flexible hours and mentor a diverse team is required.
