Job Description
Sovereign Finance Company Limited is committed to becoming the premier financial service provider across all sectors of the Nigerian economy. We are currently seeking a Head of Customer Service to join our team in Victoria Island, Lagos.
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing daily operations in the customer service department.
- Resolving customer issues promptly and efficiently.
- Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional support.
Salary: N750,00 per month.
