Job Description
Speedaf Express is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure their satisfaction. The ideal candidate will document interactions, follow up on inquiries, and collaborate to enhance customer service procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Address customer complaints and inquiries.
- Follow up via phone or email for service satisfaction.
- Identify effective solutions to customer questions.
- Manage incoming calls and escalate issues as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication or related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in CRM software.
Salary: N80,00 – N100,00 Monthly.
