Job Description
Spices Kitchen Cuisine and Confectionery seeks a Pastry Assistant to support daily pastry operations. Responsibilities include measuring, weighing, washing, and preparing mise-en-place for doughs, creams, and batters; assisting with mixing, rolling, filling molds, baking, and assembling desserts, cookies, tarts, and breads; applying frostings, icings, garnishes, and plating to standard; and maintaining clean, organized, and sanitized workstations, mixers, ovens, and storage areas following strict hygiene rules. Full-time position. Salary ₦50,00–₦70,00 per month.
