Job Description
Springrock Group seeks a Program Manager to plan and run masterclasses, workshops, webinars, and seminars for our merchant community. Full-time, in-person. Manage the bitMARTe Loyalty Program to boost satisfaction, retention, and growth; promote products and partnerships; work with finance and business development on financial solutions; coordinate events, budgets, and vendors; drive EEC and Loyalty adoption. Requires BA in Business Administration or Education, 5–6 years in process-driven roles, 4+ years in customer service or education, plus strong planning, event management, MS Office/CRM, communication, and negotiation skills.
