Job Description
The Stock Keeper coordinates store activities, documents receipts and issues, manages FIFO/FEFO rotation, prepares GRNs, stages goods for dispatch, conducts cycle counts, reconciles physical inventory with ERP, monitors reorder levels, and maintains accurate stock movement records. Must ensure proper material handling, labeling, safety, and propose efficiency improvements. Qualifications: HND/OND in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related; 1–3 years inventory experience (factory preferred); proficiency with inventory/ERP systems; strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work independently and in teams.
