SPRINGSOURCE CONSULTING LIMITED seeks a Multi-Cuisine Chef to lead our kitchen. This full-time, permanent role requires menu planning and development, preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, supervising kitchen operations and staff, and ensuring food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and safety compliance. You will manage inventory and supplier orders, control food costs and minimize waste, create and refine recipes, accommodate special dietary requests, and coordinate catering for events.
