Job Description
We seek a friendly, well-presented Hostess to welcome guests, manage reservations and waiting lists, escort guests to tables, and coordinate with servers to ensure a smooth dining experience. Candidates should have excellent communication, a neat appearance, and strong customer service skills. Minimum SSCE or equivalent; prior hostess or customer service experience is an advantage. Must be able to stand for long periods, work weekends and public holidays, and handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally. This full-time role offers ₦45,00–₦55,00/month, competitive salary, tips/service charges where applicable, meal allowance, and promotion opportunities within SPRINGSOURCE CONSULTING LIMITED.
