Job Description
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at SPRINGSOURCE CONSULTING LIMITED. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be responsible for making and confirming reservations for guests, ensuring proper room allocation, and providing accurate information about local attractions. You will register and check guests in and out, verify payment methods, and maintain accurate records. Strong customer service skills, a professional appearance, and proficiency in MS Office are essential. Candidates should possess an HND/BSc qualification and have 2-4 years of receptionist experience.
