Job Description
Spurt Solutions is actively seeking a dedicated Human Resource Officer to join our team in Lagos. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from NGN 75,00 to 150,00, with easy apply options available.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree and have a minimum of 2 years of entry-level HR experience. Responsibilities include formalizing SOPs, overseeing performance management, leading recruitment efforts, and managing employee records.
Successful candidates will demonstrate a track record of enhancing team structure and morale, as well as a willingness to work in-person 2-3 days a week. Ability to support hourly-wage workers is preferred.
