Job Description
Staffora Global Limited is seeking a proactive and results-driven Internal Recruiter to manage the hiring process for our clients. Collaborate with hiring managers to source top talent and ensure timely role closures. Ideal candidates will have exceptional organizational skills and strong client management abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to clarify hiring needs.
- Source, screen, and present qualified candidates.
- Identify workflow bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field.
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Salary: N200,00 – N250,00 Monthly.
