Job Description
Staffora Global seeks a full-time, shift-based Online Customer Service Representative in Sangotedo/Ajah. You will handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media, resolve issues, provide product information, recommend services, and escalate complex cases. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 1–2 years customer service experience (telecom a plus), excellent written and verbal communication, and residence in the Sangotedo/Ajah axis. Skills: CRM proficiency, Microsoft Office, strong customer orientation and problem-solving. Shift schedule with two days off weekly. Salary ₦120,00/month with performance review after probation.
