Job Description

Job Title: Salon /Business Manager

Location: Lekki Phase 1,

Lagos Salary: ₦200,00 monthly

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Business Manager to oversee daily salon operations, drive sales, and deliver excellent customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, customer management experience, and the ability to manage staff and operations efficiently in a fast paced beauty business.

Key Responsibilities

 Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business

 Drive sales, upselling hair products and services to meet monthly revenue targets

 Manage customer relationships, handle inquiries, complaints, and ensure high customer satisfaction

 Supervise salon staff, manage schedules, attendance, and performance

 Ensure excellent service delivery and maintain brand standards at all times

 Track sales performance, customer feedback, and prepare basic reports

 Manage inventory of hair products, tools, and supplies

 Implement strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones

Requirements & Qualifications

 Proven experience in sales and customer management (beauty, retail, or service industry preferred)

 Previous experience managing a salon, retail store, or similar business is an advantage  Strong communication and interpersonal skills

 Ability to multitask and work under pressure

 Basic knowledge of sales tracking and reporting

 Must be reliable, organized, and customer-focused
