We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Transactional Banker to join our team at Stanbic Bank Tanzania. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our Private, Prestige, and Executive clients, addressing their service queries and requests. You will follow established risk and compliance procedures while ensuring quality service to fulfill customer needs efficiently.
Qualifications: Minimum of a First Degree and 1-3 years of relevant experience in banking. Familiarity with financial services regulations and bank policies is essential.
Competencies: Strong customer service skills, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities are preferred.
