Resolve customer complaints and complex queries to ensure a positive brand experience and follow dispute resolution processes. Qualifications: B.Sc. in Social Science or related field (master’s/professional certifications advantageous); Mandarin required; 1–3 years in operations, channels, call center, helpdesk, support or project implementation; telecom support experience; knowledge of Stanbic IBTC products and credit procedures; proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
