Standard Bank seeks a Virtual Banker for Africa China Banking in Ilupeju Industrial Avenue, Lagos (Business & Commercial Banking). Full-time (Ref: 80442638A-001; Posted 12/31/2025). The role handles complex customer complaints and queries, ensuring a positive brand experience and adherence to dispute-resolution processes. Requirements: B.Sc. in Social Science (Master’s or professional certifications desirable), Mandarin-speaking, 1–3 years in operations, channels, call center, helpdesk, project implementation or telecommunications support. Knowledge of Stanbic IBTC products, credit procedures, and strong Microsoft Office skills required. Behavioral skills: practical approach, clear communication, persuasion, curiosity. Technical skills: banking processes, customer understanding, product knowledge, active listening, query resolution.
