Job Description
Join our Priority Banking team as an Associate Principal responsible for leading relationship managers and delivering exceptional service to high-net-worth clients. You will drive client acquisition, retention, and portfolio growth through tailored wealth solutions, cross-selling banking and investment products, and ensuring compliance with risk and regulatory standards. Collaborate with product, risk, and operations teams to implement strategies, mentor staff, and achieve revenue targets. Requirements: 8+ years in private or priority banking, proven leadership, strong financial and product knowledge, excellent communication, CRM proficiency, and a bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred). Results-oriented, client-focused candidates encouraged to apply.
