Job Description
We are hiring a Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong client partnerships, drive account growth, and ensure high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of clients, identifying upsell opportunities, coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions, resolving issues promptly, and preparing reports. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in client-facing roles, excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong problem-solving ability, and a results-driven mindset. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred. Proficiency with CRM systems and fluency in English required.
