Job Description
Stardom Lounge, a premier destination for luxury lifestyle and diverse cuisines, is seeking a Front Desk Officer to join our team in Surulere, Lagos.
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Coordinate room readiness with housekeeping and other departments.
- Address maintenance needs in guest rooms and common areas.
- Manage booking systems for future reservations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in English and MS Office.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Living in Lagos mainland is an advantage.
Salary: N150,00 monthly.
