Job Description
StarGuide HR seeks a Customer Service Representative for a leading online pharmaceutical marketplace in Yaba, Lagos. You will handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and chat, follow up on incomplete orders, assist with purchases, escalate clinical questions to pharmacists, and record feedback to improve retention. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR, Hospitality or related field, have 2 years’ customer-facing experience, strong communication, empathy, basic medication knowledge, and proximity to Yaba.
